The 770 sq metre single-storey bungalow, built in semi-colonial style, also incoporates typical Kerala architectural features. 

Accommodation : four spacious and lavishly appointed bedrooms and two childrens rooms in the main bungalow, the out-house on the southern side of the garden contains two more bedrooms with all modern amenities.

The living/dining areas and all bedrooms feature fire-places adorned with woodwork. 

The original open verandas on the northern and western sides now have large glass windows running the full length. 

The bungalow houses a clean, well-equipped kitchen which serves vegetarian food and refreshments from the Kitchens of India menu. Special North Indian dishes are prepared on request.
