Seasonality - Mid-Oct - April is the best time to visit Lakshadweep. This is when the dive centres are operations and its possible to take a boat ride around (as sea is calmer). Mid-May onwards all transfers are done via Helicopter as the sea gets rough. Mid-May to Sept is the rough sea and monsoon time and so this is when islands are visited if idea is to do nothing. Kerala otherwise is a all-year round destination with Oct-March being the best months.

Access : Cochin is the only Airport from where one gets a flight to go to Agatti (Lakshadweep).
