Thanks a lot for arranging my Vacation in Nepal. It was very good and I would like to provide some feedback that you may find useful.

What I liked

The arrangements made were very good
The team in Nepal was very professional, specially my contact Birodh Dhakal. The team was punctual. I needed to make a last minute change to the itinerary do to the temperature in Daman, and he promptly helped with the changes
The property in Pokhara (Fishtail Lodge) was excellent
Hotel Royal Singi was good
The property in Nagarkot was good, but I had an issue with the staff communication.

What could be improved

Hotel Grand was OK, but the staff responsiveness was very slow.
Every hotel had the info that we were 2 adults and 2 children, and we had requested one king bed and one extra bed with you. NO HOTEL had the extra bed ready. Some promptly provided and some did so hesitantly. In some places we had a king bed and in some places, the king rooms were full and we had to join 2 beds. My young daughter who shared the bed with us had to sleep at the joint of two mattresses which is not comfortable. Some hotels provided the third towel along with the extra bed, but refused to provide the 4th towel for my daughter !
Since there is nothing else to do in Daman beside the sunrise views, a one night stay should be the max, especially when it is too cold. I would have appreciated if you could have given me that advise when making the itinerary
The property in Daman was not well maintained. However, the staff were very cooperative and accomodating. Not having room service or a phone in the room was a bit irritating, meaning we had to walk a few minutes to go to the reception for anything.

What disappointed us

The property in Chitwan was poorly maintained. The water heating in the main building where we stayed is only solar based, meaning that there was no hot water in the tap during our stay due to the cloudy weather (the huts had gas operated heaters). We had to really argue to get some warm water in buckets (cracked ones). Our guide ensured he worked to get us our warm water. (on another note, the staff at this property were all great; helpful and cooperative). I spoke to the manager and the owner of the property (who happened to be there) and gave him my feedback. The location is good, but I would not recommend this property to anyone till things are improved.
The driver was not always cooperative, and was not happy when we stopped at the Mankamna cable car to go up to the temple. When on the way from the Nagarkot to Kathmandu, he skipped Bhaktapur, and realised this only the next day. So we completely missed Bhaktapur.

The propeties were well selected .Recommend the Holiday Inn(villa's) Phuket property to all honemooner's who plan to have a long stint in phuket . Paris was amazing. Apartments were good. Amsterdam wasn't very good. Initial selection of the hotel was in the town centre, which I think any family traveller must avoid. Thanks to Nivalink we got shifted to a 4* hotel a little away. Belgium apartment was good but was rainy and difficult to locate on a Sunday.
