At Nivalink our endevour is towards offering getaways and holidays as per customer preferences, profile and requirements. This translates into cultivating and sharing in depth understanding of hotels, destinations, customer segments, seasonality and wide ranging aspects of travel.
At sourcing level it means that we visit and evaluate travel options. It also meals we cultivate and maintain vendor relationships (Hotels and service providers) on a constant basis.
At service level it means that we make sure that customer is comfortable at every stage while on a holiday.
At Accounts level it means that payments, refunds and communications related to it are done continuously.
