Nivalink is a “Book first pay later thereafter” system, so idea is to engage with our travel planners, get travel planned, reservation done and then you make payment as per cut off dates.

Exception - Some hotels / services are not able to hold booking on confirmed basis and require advance payment, in such cases an advance payment is required before reservation is done.

Nivalink has a one point contact system. So you speak to the same travel planner for the entire duration of the reservation. So the travel planner will confirm to you about reservation being confirmed. Upon making payment, final confirmation notes / service vouchers are issued.

For India Hotels and Services, Nivalink has its own format that is accepted across India. Whereas for International Hotels and services, we would hand over voucher from the service provider.

You are free to call hotels and reconfirm reservations on your own. All reservation would be done under your name. Our operations team would anyways do reconfirmation of flights / hotels and services hat before your trip starts.

No. Invoice is a document that lists down services reserved and total amount against that. Invoice is generally used for submitting for claiming expense, for purpose for applying for a visa or for making a remittance from a Bank / remitter to Nivalink.

Indian companies / Individuals looking to claim GST setoff, would require to inform before trip starts. Final invoice is generated once service is consumed (Trip is over) and thereafter amendment to an invoice is possible but not preferable.

At Nivalink you are practically able to book every hotel, flight, Local tours, transport and any other travel service under the sun across the world. Nivalink has a backend system that integrates online and offline rates from across the world, where we are able to book, hold and confirm reservations.

While its important to have the entire platter available, we at Nivalink are able to narrow down choice for you as per your preference, profile, pace and budgets. Our travel planners have travelled extensively and are able to make a recommendation on these.

We have our own system of recommendations that we have evolved over the years which gives over 99.9% customer satisfaction.

There is a 24X7 helpline manned by our operations team members for all on-travel co-ordinations. In case something goes wrong (e.g. flight getting cancelled, luggage being misplaced etc.) our team members are available to help you in every manner possible. In case any additional reservations are made while on the trip, then we do it on “actual cost to company” basis.

In the rare event of hotel being unsuitable or any deficiency in service then we have a clear defined Policy for compensating the travellers.

Nivalink has done over 10,000+ room nights annually for over 20 years. We are still able to maintain over 99.9% customer satisfaction ratio. We have travellers who are booking with us for over 20 years and their next generation have also continued their patronage.

Nivalink has never focussed on advertising or SE) Marketing. 100% of its business has either come from organic online customer acquisition, word of mouth reference or repeat patronage.

A typical Nivalink trip is where the traveller spends some time planning and enjoys seamless execution while on travel (probably exactly opposite to an Online reservation where making reservation is easier but having to co-ordinate between different elements to combine together while on a trip is the difficult part).

We don’t do standard trips, fixed departures and trips that fall short of making memories. We still have connect with those who conduct specialised departures and high quality conducted tours and can get you booked for a trek or special interest tour in a faraway corner of the world.

We also do not conduct trips ourselves. However instead have a network of verified service providers and local partners.

Exception - Only in cases of corporate groups or personal groups, that a co-ordinator from our end is included as part of the trip.

Nivalink has travellers from 60+ countries and 100+ cities in India as their customers. 99% of our customers we have not met in person. A large percentage of them we have never spoken either. Our email exchange methodology of systematically planning has many customers not finding need to do one call before most complex holiday. We have planned trips upto 80 nights, over emails. Customers have over 20+ years enjoyed the privacy, lack of persistent follow up calls and are used to this whole Nivalink system of travel planning.
